👶Thursdays-Baby and Toddler Playgroups and Sessions🧒

**For all playgroups unless stated you don't need to book, just turn up. Sometimes they like an idea of numbers, follow their pages for more info**


Physique Crèche Softplay and Party Zone

Thursday Playgroup

Unit 2, Banks Road, Darlington, DL1 1YB

9:30am-11:30am

£1 per child


Bookstart Rhymetime

Cockerton Library and Darlington Library, Darlington

Various sessions 0-4 year olds

Free, but must be booked for Cockerton Library (Darlington Library sessions are drop in).

Bookings available 8am on the morning of the session via eventbrite.

**From 4th November, bookings running up until Christmas 2024 will be available to book in advance (this is a trial and will go back to the above as of January)

Little Wellies Playgroup

The Well Methodist Church, 164 North Road, Darlington, DL1 2EL

1-2:30pm

£1 per child, 50p for any additional child

Includes refreshments for adults, snacks for children


Giggle and Tots

Coleridge Centre, Sure Start Room, Darlington , DL1 AJ

10am-12pm

0-5 year olds

First Words Together

Firthmoor Community Centre, 56 Burnside Road, Darlington, DL1 4SU

Free Session

The group is for a block of 5 sessions, and must be booked for all 5 sessions. Spaces are limited. Please follow their page for updates on when the next set of sessions start and how to put your name down.


Willow Road Toddler Group

Willow Road, Darlington, DL3 6PZ

Term Time Only

1:30pm-3pm

£1.75 first child 25p any extra child


Dolphin Centre Under the Sea Soft Play, Darlington,

Parent and Toddler Session

Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 11:30 (Term Time Only).

-One hour in soft play area

-15 minutes snack time - juice and complimentary healthy snack for child

-15 minutes interactive songs and story time

-No pre-booking required.


Mini Movers at Athena Sports Academy, Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre

1:30pm-2:15pm

£4 per session

0-5 year olds
